How the Contract is Formed Between You and Us:
You may cancel the contract during the "cooling-off period" before sending the phone(s) if the contract was negotiated solely through distance communication, and you are a natural person acting outside business purposes. To cancel, notify us in writing. Once the phone(s) are sent, cancellation is not possible outside the cooling-off period. Ensure you are willing and within your rights to send the phone to us.
Consumer and Business Warranties:
By placing an order, you warrant that you meet the relevant criteria as a consumer or business. Consumers must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. Businesses warrant their authority to act on behalf of the registered business.
Phones and Devices Conditions:
Phones must match the make and model on the order and meet working or faulty conditions outlined on our site. Devices failing to meet conditions will receive an adjusted price proposal. You have the option to accept or decline the new offer.
Data Risks and Precautions:
By sending your device, you release us from claims related to the device or data. Erase personal data before sending. We take data erasure seriously, but we do not accept liability for data included on any device.
Sim Card Removal:
Cancel airtime contracts linked to devices and remove SIM cards before sending. We are not liable for call costs or SIM cards sent with devices.
Lost or Stolen Mobile Phones and Devices:
Selling a phone you do not own may be a criminal offense. We do not purchase stolen mobile phones.
Prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are guaranteed for 30 days from the 'Order Approved' date. After this period, updated prices apply.
Bank Transfer Payments:
Bank Transfer payments are irreversible once made. We cannot recall or reissue payments.
Events Outside of Our Control:
We are not liable for failure to perform or delays caused by events beyond our control or compliance with laws or regulations.
